The great advantage to our wrestling camp is that our camp is designed to teach many moves in a short amount of time to get immediate, maximum, and lasting results. It includes high physical and mental conditioning.
 
Our wrestling camp is split into two sections. A Novice/Beginner Section and an Intermediate/Advanced Section.

Named after former West Chester University and Team Foxcatcher's Coach: Mr. Dale Bonsall

Move used by USSR Wrestlers (1970-80's)

Other towns and cities in Bryan County, Oklahoma include Cartwright, Colbert, Calera, Platter and Mead. In Marshall County, Oklahoma they include Little City, Cumberland, Kingston, Woodville, McBride Willis and the unsubmerged portion of Aylesworth. Most of Aylesworth was submerged under the water of the lake.
