not wear pants, jean shorts, shorts with pockets, buttons, or snaps
SNUG FITTING
T-SHIRT: do not wear baggy clothing
WRESTLING
SHOES: if you do not have wrestling shoes yet, wear socks, no sneakers or dress shoes are allowed on the wrestling mats
HEADGEAR
must be purchased
Proper Hygeine
is very important
1.Fingernails
must be clipped
2.Clean practice
clothes must be worn
3.Hair Rule
will be enforced
4.No wrestler
will be permitted to wrestle if they have: open wounds, skin irritations, ring worm, or any other infections that may come
in contact with another wrestler
5.Be sure
to shower immediately following practices, matches, or tournaments
